Time to go swimmin!

This is Jaxon's first experience in the water. We went to an indoor water park up in Kamas and it was a BLAST!! They have so many fun things to do and Jaxon is a born water baby. He had the best time and i cannot wait to take him some more this summer!

Likes and Dislikes

Jaxon is less than a week away from being 8 months old already! Wow does time fly. I still remember being pregnant and it feels only like yesterday. Here is a list of some of his most and least favorite things to do.

He Loves to:
*Spit!!
*Sit up and play with any of his toys
*Play and laugh with his daddy
*Take baths
*Be naked
*Go swimming
*Eat anything (especially fruit)
*Go to bed
*smile
*The t.v.

He Hates:
*Having his nose wiped
*To be held when he's tired
*Green beans

For the most part he is a pretty happy baby. He has never had an ear infection or even a diaper rash for that matter. (Knock on wood!)
He is at such a fun stage in life right now and we are loving being parents. He makes everything worth while just to come home and see his face light up when he sees us!

At least I tried

So I have been trying to update my blog for WEEKS now and it would not let me upload any pictures!! I tried every day for like three weeks and I was getting so annoyed! Today I logged on and out of the blue it just worked. So be prepared for lots more to come!

Falling behind!

Well I must say I have fallen behind on my blogging! So this is going to be the beginning of one pretty long post. Where shall I even begin??? Hmmm..... How about back at Christmas! We had such a great holiday this year with both of our families! It was so fun to watch Jax "open" all of his presents and EAT all of the paper!! Kids really do make the holidays more fun, even if they are only 6 months old at the time:) Christmas morning started out with breakfast with James's family and then opening our presents. After that we packed up and headed over to my folks house for the rest of the evening. We had a big dinner with my whole family and played some really fun games my parents got for James into the wee hours of the morning with some of the family. Jax was a trooper the whole day. He woke us up at 8 a.m. and his first thoughts were probably on breakfast not presents. I don't know how much longer that is going to last!
